Helpful, friendly staff. Quick service also, which we appreciated as we landed late. Only small sting was the unexpected €50 fee for pick ups after 9pm. Our plane was delayed and landed later than expected and there was no leeway on this at all.

Bordering to scam. Refused to accept my VISA credit card (physically present) because my bank would be an "internet bank" and forced me to buy a insurance policy twice as expensive as the original booking price. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED.

"bon accueil mais conditions de location problématiques"
nous avons été très bien reçu pas de soucis, la personne était fort sympathique. toutefois impossible de laisser une emprunte de CB pour la caution ce qui a entrainé beaucoup de difficulté et un blocage inopiné de ma CBVISA PREMIER. nous avons été obligé de rajouter 70 € à la location pour pouvoir récupérer le véhicule car mon conjoint n'avait pas de carte de "crédit" et la mienne était plafonnée à 1.000 €.
C'est vraiment dommage parce que tout le reste (voiture comprise) était parfait.

"plane in late, cancelled car…"
We booked a car at 21.00… our plane will be arrive on 21.40(60 min are delay tolerates) but it was in delay over 45 min… so we arrived in front of the Avia desk about 22.50… we tried to call 3 of number of assistance 24/7 but never answer… so we picked up a taxi and in the morning of the day later we come back… about 8,40 am we are at the desk… the told me tha pur reservation was cancelled because we was in late.. so they have give me an alternative.
40€ to riattivate our reservation but more 35€ every day for different car, and a new insurance… total extra cost 225€ for 4 days. And taxi 105€… just because plane was in late…
