I talked to 2-3 people regarding our reservation, changing towns to pick up an RV, and finally cancelling our reservation. Everyone I talked to was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I got call two days before pick up saying the RV I ordered was out of service I would be upgraded to a 30 foot camper so I had to change my HOA reservation that cost more money thenwe I got there I was put back in a 25 footer so I changed how reservation for nothing we got no walk through when I did a pre trip I found the license plates were expired the check engine light was on the ac didn't work the propane tank was near empty as well as the engine fuel tank was near empty .When I didn't take that unit they had no other unit to offer so I had to cancel our vacation.It cost cancellation fees at the HOA,s and I have not received my deposit back .or lost money and the 4 hrs we lost dealing with this

Weniger als 1 Stern.Unser Wohnmobil blieb eben bei Palm Springs stehen.Wir waren auf dem Weg zum Jumbo Rocks Campground.Wir haben die Notfallnr angerufen.Wir haben dem Mann mitgeteilt dass wir zu 6. Und mit 2 Kindern sind,bei 42 Grad Celcius.Er hat uns 2h hingehalten.Wir sollten immer wieder versuchen den Motor neu zu starten was nicht funktioniert hat.Nach 3h sagte er,dass er einen Abschleppdienst schickt.Ein Taxi gab es nicht.Wir haben wiederholt gesagt dass es sehr heiß und nicht zumutbar ist.Keine Reaktion mehr.
Weitere Mängel: das Wohnmobil ist extrem abgenutzt,eine Schublade ging während der Fahrt immer wieder auf.Es wurde uns in einem schmutzigen Zustand übergeben.

"Canceled reservation very close to departure"
I have had a reservation for several months and, with my trip scheduled to take place in 3 weeks, was notified last night that the reservation was canceled due to their local dealer closing. I understand businesses close, however, I highly doubt they could not foresee this happening earlier than yesterday leaving me little to no time to find another RV. For my trouble they have offered a $300 gift certificate to rent another RV. LOL. From where?

"FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE"
I am writing to report issues with your RV rental service during my recent trip to the United States. I am a resident of Brazil and traveled with my family, including my wife and my daughter, who turned one year old during the trip. The purpose of the trip was to celebrate my daughter's birthday, but our experience with the RV rental was disappointing.
Upon arriving on the scheduled day for vehicle pick-up, I was surprised to learn that I needed an appointment for the pick-up. We had just arrived from a 12-hour flight from São Paulo to Los Angeles, and upon arriving at 10 a.m., I was informed that I needed a scheduled time slot beforehand. Since this was not done, we were placed on a waiting list, and the vehicle pick-up was delayed until after 2 p.m. on a Sunday.
I consider this procedure flawed because the need for a scheduled pick-up time should be clearly communicated at booking and allow scheduling through the website. Additionally, the lack of consideration for my tired daughter was frustrating.
The employee who attended to us was eating lunch while providing service, which I find extremely disrespectful. The vehicle pick-up, supposed to occur at 2 p.m., was completed at 3 p.m. Despite this, we were treated unequally as other families were served and released before us, even though they had not scheduled a pick-up time.
Upon receiving the motorhome, we encountered issues: damaged hoses missing seals, and had to be replaced. The motorhome was dirty, with dust, the dining table could not be used as a bed, and various cabinets had damaged doors. These problems should have been addressed before delivering the vehicle.
The experience with the motorhome rental was very frustrating and stressful, especially as it was such a special and anticipated moment for my family. We expected quality service providing us peace of mind and comfort, but what we received was the opposite.
I request that your company take measures to prevent other customers from going through the same situation.

I had to cancel my reservation on June 29th due to a last minute surgery. I was told I would not get my deposit back because I didn't cancel the reservation 7 days prior to the pick up date.
When I original made the reservation in July 2023 with Pastors company. I asked, specifically if I need to cancel my reservation what is the time line to cancel and get my deposit back. I was told within 24 hours of date of the pick up. Someone is lying!!!
