We had a great trip. Everything was great, but the RV could’ve been a little bit newer or cleaner on the exterior but overall I’m not complaining. Would rent again in the future.

Overall everyone was very helpful and answered all our questions. We have an incident with one of the water hoses in the unit and they were able to get us in to get it fixed the next day and it was fixed quickly so we could continue on our trip

I tried to cancel my reservation and realized almost a year later that it was not canceled. I have a record of the email sent requesting the cancelation. The reservation is not for another 3 weeks and they won’t give me my deposit back.

This was my first RV renting experience and it didn’t turn out as expected. We rented RV on Wednesday morning and it was fast and easy. The agent went over the details with patience and answered all the queries. Only after driving the RV from the rental center I realized that the unit had 118k miles on it and was too old to support mobile charging from the dashboard. The generator had to be turned on from outside always and inside switch did not work. On the 2nd day there was check engine sign while we were on the remote desert area with no mobile signal. After driving for 6 miles we were able to talk to the representative who said that we could drive RV as long as the engine light is not blinking. For the rest of the 3 days the light was on and kept us under stress that engine might break down on the road middle of nowhere. Right on the day of return the water under the sink started leaking. While returning the RV the agent understood the experience we underwent and decided to reimburse $200. But she misreported our generator usage and added additional $50 charge which I realized later during the day. Next day when I contacted them, they told me to email them at the corporate id as the file has been closed already and nothing can be done about the error on their part.
While the staff was great at handling many of the problems I faced, I strongly recommend against renting RV from them as they are old RVs that could fail anytime during the trip. Rather than relaxing during the trip, I was under constant stress that the RV might break down, totally ruining my vacation.
