Total scam. Wife used the free CV service but gave credit card details to receive a paper copy at a cost of £1.95 (which was never received) Since then a monthly subscription has been deducted 3 times. This was not agreed to and the wife recollects specifically she said NO to the subscription service. We have been told via online chat they are only going to refund £9 something and they won't answer the phone. Avoid this company; do not give credit card details.
