I like the template they provide but when I sent my resume for professional review they never did anything to and gave no comments. I received it the way I sent it even though I paid for it. I was expecting a comment from them as to whether it was good or I needed to do corrections but nothing

Not free, when you do a google search or their website you may see the advertisement that its free cv maker but no, they would make you go through various process and then at the end you have pay to download your cv- I can understand that nothings is free in this world but you should state that clearly, why mislead people thinking its free

Dreadful experience with this company. I had a cv built which I paid for. They dont make it at all plain on their website that they sign you up for a monthly membership at £20 per month. I rang them and spoke to an operator who cancelled my 'membership' (that I hadnt asked for) and then said the matter would be escalated to refund me the £40 I had paid. I was then cut off. I rang back and spoke with a different operator who refunded me 25% of my outlay and then referred the remaining £30 on to a supervisor. Be very careful when ordering from this company and that you are not signing up for an unnecessary membership that will cost you
