Que asco de página, hay que pagar para descargar el CV, lo peor es que no lo dicen desde un principio y hacen perder el tiempo creandolo, mano, dime de antemano que tengo que pagar y lo pienso, no seas tan rata.

"I am fuming"

I am fuming, they’ve been charging me since October for a subscription that I never applied for. I paid to create a CV and have access to the website for 2 weeks for £1.95 and just realised today I’ve been charge every month £16.85 for a subscription. Only because it was declined, thank God! I want my money back. Called customer service and they said that after 14 days that’s the price but I’m sorry I am SURE this information was not CLEAR, I was confident I was paying for a one off service. Misleading

I was lead to believe this was a free service. Only to discover a year later they were still charging me. The Cv was not worth, the amount charged. Total SCAM.

"SCAM"

"Free service" turned out to be paying 19.95 every month for the last year. Never received one email about this or gave my details. Absolute fraud! Scammed of over 250 euros. I demand my full refund!!! Was on the phone to customer service who said she would pass the issue on to her superviser who would refund me and that i'd get this confirmation in writing which I didn't so I phoned back and spoke to another worker who kept putting me on hold and eventually just hung up on me! Absolute joke will be filing a dispute if im not refunded in 24 hours.
