"This is a scam"

This is a scam, avoid at all costs. Without ever registering they tried to charge me £20 for a subscription. I called to get it cancelled and a weird guy called Mario acted confused then tried to charge me £3 to cancel the membership I never agreed to. Totally illegal. I could hear people arguing in the background while on the phone with him and his overall demeaned and lack of professionalism left me horrified. Very disturbing.

"It's NOT free"

To create CV is NOT FRE you have to pay a small amount. The CV looks good and website design help you to write from scratch like 30 min, even you have to write a huge experience and details.

Absolute rip-off, I was being charged around 20 euro per month just for once CV which I only did once, and when proceeding to cancel they were offering the service to me for around 3 euro

Used them last December to help produce a CV for my daughter. It was very helpfull. However, I have been charged £16.85 every four weeks since; a total of £67.40 (+£1.95) so far!
On the 23rd of April I sent the following email (I have proof of delivery) but have not had a reply.
"Hello Customer Care Team,
Thank you for your response and I assume you will now cancel this monthly charge. I would also appreciate you sending me a copy of your terms where I would have seen the details of this continuous billing feature.

I'm not sure what additional information you require. You have my name and email address and my complaints listed above. And you have been charging my M&S bank account, where I now expext to see the credit I am due.
