From my initial enquiry I received a communication the next day to confirm that somebody would be in touch to resolve my problem. Within an hour of that communication I was contacted by phone by a contractor who then booked an appointment for an Engineer to visit my property next Wednesday.
All in all an excellent experience so far from both the estate management team and their contractor.
Couldn’t fault it.
