I cannot thank Elise Hunt enough for finally sorting out a general waste collection with the council. She seems to be the only person at Encore since the departure of Mo who responds to emails and is proactive. Congratulations to her and I would suggest a well earned promotion.

There has been a problem in our complex of people putting wrong items including food waste in the recycling bins meaning the council would not empty these and either I would have to clear them myself or Encore had to send contractors to do so. There has also been occasions of sofas and beds etc being left out (fly tipping) which is an eyesore.
I recently contacted Richard Barnett at Encore to see what additional help he could offer and he very quickly and efficiently sent me some laminated posters that he made with what can and cannot be put in the bins which I attached to the fence where the bins are. And this appears to have had an impact, Richard was also quick to get fly tipped items removed and has kept in contact with me over the progress.
Richard has really helped me in sorting this as I am unable to clear the bins on mine as I suffer with chronic back problems. I am pleased I made contact with him as he is more than pleased to help.
