I got invoice for the service charge but it was not delivered to my address, and once received already final which I am out town and they claimed that is my fault for not being informed…… finally got late charge I have to pay extra instruction cost it was totally ridiculous and bully . I even send an email to clarify the situation what is happening but over 6 weeks still no response and take care of they said valuable customer, and this is 100% fault on the billing administration why I need sufferers it’s already caused emotional damage for me and if not yet settle I still need ask for legal support.

Hi I'm a resident of admiralty quarters I live in Malborough house I just want to say how happy I am with the building manager mohammed. I had a leak coming into my flat amd I reported to the concierge and they reported it to the building manager and he got the leak fixed amd sorted quick.

I have lived at Admiralty Quarter for a number of years and the on site team led by Mohammed are excellent. Recent problems with my TV reception have been resolved speedily thanks to Mohammed. He and the concierge team are very friendly approachable and helpful. A real asset to our homes.

Encore has been responsible for managing (mismanaging) our building since they took over from Knight Frank this year, and between them, it has been one catastrophe after another. We recently discovered that they have been double charging us for gas and we have been awarded a refund of £120k. They are now legally preventing us from seeing the part of the service charge they are responsible for because they don't want us to query any of the costs. Throw in the cladding scandal that they've mismanaged for the last 4 years (there's still no sign of remediation work commencing) and you can probably see why Encore are best avoided. If you are thinking about buying or renting a flat and the building is managed by Encore, do yourself a favour - walk away.

All members of Admiralty Quarter Staff are incredibly helpful, regardless of the time of day. To the extent that the building manager Mohammed with his busy schedule helps even with menial tasks such as adjusting the light settings on hallways when asked.
