"Mo Rahman, Building Manager, Admiralty Quarter, Portsmouth UK."
Admiralty Quarter (AQ), in Portsmouth, UK, is a large estate (560+ apartments). I would llike to let Encore Estates know that I greatly value what AQ's building manager, Mo Rahman, does for AQ. He is accessible, courteous, engaging, pro-active, and seems pretty much unflabbable. In short, a really valuable asset for Encore. Try not to lose him.

"Useless bunch of HYPOCRITICAL moronic fools."
Useless bunch of moronic fools.
The ONGOING 8 years of having a totally USELESS fool who is "manager" of the property (in her professional capacity as manager of Lady Jane Court) takes the award as the most elusive useless evasive unreliable non-responsive "manager" to ever pull a finger out #&!%#@ and deal with ANY problem relating to ongoing violations of the Equality Act within Lady Jane Court...
There seems to be purposeful criminal intent in spewing ongoing spurious delusional half-truths that tenants gave no rights - well this is ENTIRELY INACCURATE and legislation does not require a tenant(who is thus a resident) to use their letting agent to resolve disability related violations - this is factually and legally incorrect as stated in the usual "blame transfer side-shuffle with 2 wooden legs" reply as below.
A RESIDENT IS A RESIDENT - LOOK UP THE MEANING OF THE WORD,wait, that ould be too much work so here is the definition...
resident
/ˈrɛzɪd(ə)nt/
noun
a person who lives somewhere permanently or on a long-term basis.
So...
At the same token, if the Letting Agent is supposed to be the "middle party" then all the "Dear Tennant we are going to be doing this and doing that and doing the other and you WILL be accommodating to our demands like it or not stuff you and your disability rights" should be via the Letting Agent and not directly then to the occupant/resident/tenant - never a story that gels or makes sense or has any legal merit with Encore.
TO OTHERS - MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHO THE MANAGING AGENTS ARE BEFORE YOU END UP WITH A CARNIVALOD MORONS LIKE WE HAVE - MONEY GRABBING NO GOODS !
See you soon in Court - Legal Aid, fortunately, gladly pays/covers legal expenses for disability right violation court action - how long is a piece of string for your legal fees !
Under s13 EA 2010 direct discrimination occurs if person A treats person B differently or less favourably because of a protected characteristic.

"Mary Long"
As a landlord, the quality of estate management makes the difference between an easy life and horrible stress. This review is really about one individual at Encore - Mary Long - who has dealt with me (and my late husband) for many years and has ALWAYS been helpful, kind and enormously energetic on our behalves, and has made a vast positive difference to our experience
as landlords. I own other buy-to-let flats in Cambridge and London and none has anything like the same quality of estate management. Thank you, Mary.

"Life at admiralty quarter"
I live at admiralty quarters and the building manager (mohammed) and the concierge are really helpful. The building manager always gets things done and clearly there's a great relationship with him and the concierge. I just want to say that I truly appreciate how they represent encore as a company.

"Encore - doing a good job"
The residents at my building have monthly calls with our Encore team, and we currently have site visits every fortnight which will continue for the time being. Not only do we get to know our team but their presence and time, sometimes out of office hours, is really appreciated and has greatly helped to improve situations at our building. Thank you Encore team!

"Mohammed review"
Mohammed review
I have been on the Board of Directors of the management company of Admiralty Quarter Property Management for several years. We are a large site of approximately five hundred and fifty apartments together with two car parks and several retail outlets. This is a complex site to manage.
Mohammed has been our Building Manager for approximately four years. He is polite, friendly and very positive in his attitude to his work. He is extremely well organised and gets work done quickly to the highest possible standards and at the best prices.
He provides the leaseholders, residents, tenants and other stakeholders with quick efficient and friendly service. He also seeks to obtain the best possible value when obtaining goods and services on behalf of the estate
I would strongly recommend Mohammed.

"King Edward Estate Sean Concierge"
Ever since I’ve moved into King Edward Estate I’ve been continuously impressed with Sean who is our concierge.
There is no ask that is too much of a bother and he is so friendly.
When I moved in he supplied tools to help me build my furniture and helped all the boxes inside the flat.

"Great service partnership"
We have worked with Encore Estates for several years and found their approach to our business relationship as very professional, supportive and responsive.
In particular, we have worked very closely with Mohammed in Portsmouth and we have built an extremely effective working partnership. We would recommend Encore as a business and believe Mohammed is a great ambassador for their company.

Encore Estate Management at Marque House
I have owned multiple units within Marque House since 2014, I have always been supported by the team. My elderly father lives in one of the properties. The concierge team have supported me massively and have even been there when he has had a fall.
Recently I have been selling one of the units and Kieran Cutler Marque Estate manager has help me navigate the collect the correct supporting documents to enable the sale. He has worked to tight timelines and has always delivered.
Great Team Great Service !
