I live in Ramillies house and have noticed significant changes since Mohammed has joined this site. He has recently changed the very worn out carpets and it’s nice to walk into a block that feels safer with the installation of the new steel doors.

I know he is working hard on other fire related items for this site, but can’t takeaway how enthusiastic and positive he is.

I look forward to seeing the site regenerated after the dreaded cladding saga is resolved and trust Mohamed will be at the forefront to make this happen.

I had a couple of issues that I had to report and then follow-up. I had a quick reply from Elise Hunt and she was very helpful in trying to resolve the issues. Top service!

I’ve lived at Admiralty quarter for a some years and have had issues with Tv signals. I appreciate it when Mohammed replies back to emails quickly and arranges an engineer to rectify the issues. Recently he’s put us in touch with virgin media and all our problems are now solved.

Winstanley Court Cambridge is very well managed by Encore Team led by Mary Long. Weekly gardening,maintenance and cleaning is thorough. Issues of upkeep of flats is clearly explained and organised. Support when I experienced a flood from neighbours property was swift and straightforward. As a volunteer Director I always found Mary approachable, responsive and knowledgeable.

I have lived here at Keephatch House for 11 years and have worked with Encore and as a Keephatch voluntary director. Encore have provided a great level of service to the Keephatch development. Working in conjunction with Andy, Megan and Leanne (who is now on maternity leave) and indeed our valued contractors we maintain this complex to a very high standard for the benefit of all residents and owners. The key to success here is communication between all three segments, Encore, contractors and directors. Encore score 10 out of 10 along with the other two parts of the team which ensures the best possible service is provided to this development.
