"HORRIBLE communication!!!"
Communication with bite is absolutely horrible. I have called many times and been put on hold for well over 45 minutes. I eventually give up because I realize nobody answers the phone lines. Although, once I get someone, they are always very very nice.

"Treatment is incomplete"
Treatment is incomplete, despite this, they are still sending sales guys to spam my phone with the same copy and pasted sales pitch daily to try and get me to spend more after I sent them $2,200 in cash. I tried to get an appointment with a doctor who didn't show up despite scheduling a week in advance. Treatment notes were outright ignored. If they don't resolve my treatment issues I will be pursuing legal action. If they do then I'll update this review. I would highly recommend paying outright in advance as it seems many other users have had issues with additional fees or product ads they were not expecting.

"Very fast and easy process"
Very fast and easy process. Gabe, my byte specialist was thorough and patient. He made sure I had all the information I needed to make my purchase. He made me feel very comfortable proceeding and kept me up to date along the way. I just completed my purchase a week ago, and my aligners are already on the way!

On July 9th they said they were on their way and that I should see them in 3-5 weeks we are now approaching week 7!!! I want refund!!! I don’t believe it takes that long to make them and ship them out . My son needed to start these . Disappointed!

My consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she was honest in that my bottom teeth were too tight to do anything with instead of letting me think they would be realigned also. I do feel I should've gotten a little more of a discount since you were not able to do anything with my bottom teeth because of there being no room to move them. Everything else has been great.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with this company for weeks for adding a VERY expensive product on to my treatment plan that I had previously opted out of. And yet the constant communication I got to get me to pay vs when I need actual help is non existent. Take your business elsewhere

"Get braces instead "
I got byte to fix my bottom teeth the top didnt need it. Before my bottom treatment was done I had to gt more alligners sent out cause they wer still crooked while I was still in my treatment they sent me an email that i had my top retainer replacement they sent out the bottom with it so i couldnt put in to finish fixing my bottom teeth my front bottom is still crooked yr better off gtn braces they want another $700 to continue the lower treatment money hungry bs

"The process for California residents…"
The process for California residents took way too long. The amount of added documentation I had to support took way too long. I'd started this process months ago and I'd hope to have my teeth aligned for my wedding. My wedding was this past weekend. I'm disappointed to say the least.
Also, every time I had communication from a team member it was a different person. There seems to be a high turnover within your company.
Had I known all the added hassles I would have to deal with I would not have done business with your company and would have gone an alternate route.
