I did my impression kit and you can clearly see my bottom teeth are the problem area. I’m being sent top aligners and not bottom aligners. No one from the support team is helping me.

Not truthfully upfront about additional charges, night time vs daytime aligners, retainers, called texted multiple times a day BEFORE I bought them having an issue now and CRICKETS no response. They also had my husband apply for their credit card, charged him then told him he wasn’t a candidate Same thing CRICKETS can’t get the over $2000 charge removed. BUYER BEWARE!! Fraud

"The process was very easy"
The process was very easy. The impression kits had clear instructions and were delivered quickly. There were many updates sent while making my aligners and when shipped/delivered. The app is very user friendly. I was really impressed how well the aligners fit when they came in the mail. I’ve had aligners done through my dentist several years ago and they didn’t start out this good. My kit came with everything I needed and had a lot of bonus items as well. Very impressed with the entire process and quality of items.

*August 25-I’m happy with the product, and it’s been better than expected. My frustration now is with support when issues arise. I’m locked out of recording my hyperbyte. I can’t keep emails and chats straight, and the chat links don’t help - access denied. Despite the frustrations I’m keeping focused on the end result.
*August 18-I have been getting emails for weeks but still don’t have my BYTEs.

Very poor communication. Extremely slow to respond. It took multiple months to get my product shipped - all while they were happy to take my money and refused to give any refunds or discounts for the problems. Buyer we warned.

Camrey was absolutely amazing to deal with! She was so kind and helpful and the entire process has been smooth and fast so far! After being told my son needed 4 years of metal braces, we came to Byte for a 2nd opinion. So glad we did! His Byte team created an amazing plan which suits my son’s lifestyle so much better than braces for 1/3 of the cost! We’ve already dealt with 2 rounds of metal braces and 4 orthodontists- not fun, not cheap, and we were not treated nicely. Byte has been so much better to deal with so far! We’re looking forward to positive results!
