"Great way to get aligners"
Really easy way to get aligners without the hassle and extra cost of dealing with dentists' office. Process was really organized, steps were explained very simply and easy to follow. The process was really quick and there was no pressure for extra add ons or to even move forward once they shared your plan. Really cool to see the it images of the plan and what my teeth looked like corrected. Everyone has always responded quickly and were friendly any time I've had questions. Im really happy and excited about the decision I made to use Byte.

"Terrible Customer Service"
Terrible Customer Service. Great communication in the beginning, text and emails constantly updating me on my aligners. The treatment plan was misunderstood and they only sent me top aligners…once they got my money, and I try contacting them SEVERAL times to help me with my bottom aligners… I can not get anyone to respond back. Only emails telling me someone will contact me. And no one will contact me.
Highly recommended using another company if you need help. Or want to speak to someone AFTER they take your money!

"Great experience after having a bad one with Smile Direct Club"
I had previously tried Smile Direct Club, and had a terrible experience. The aligners didn't fit and it was impossible to get a hold of someone to discuss my concerns with.
Byte has been a great experience on the other hand. I haven't had a single issue with the aligners, and if I did have an issue they've made it very easy to reach out to your care team and get assistance when and how you need it. I am currently about half way through my treatment with Byte and I'm very happy with the comfort and results
