"Awful experience "
This has honestly been a poor experience and feels like I wasted a ton of money. I wish I would have paid the little extra to do Invisalign with an in person dentist than to try to navigate this process. There is no consistency on who reviews your progress, so you may get conflicting information and direction like I did. This may also lead you to outgrow your aligner warranty (convenient) which requires you to pay even more money if you need to get aligners replaced because they break after being instructed to wear them WELL past what you’re supposed to for a single aligner. Finally get byte to place your retainer order after months of begging them?? Lol how about the package never shows up with the final upper aligners and now is going to take another 3-4 weeks to be made and shipped because of an error on their end with the processing of the order (I have the order confirmation email too). Feels odd this all starts happening near the tail end of my treatment after my warranty runs out but I could pay more money to address the concerns. Save yourself the hassle and work directly with your dentist.

When you first start customer service is very responsive and helpful but as soon as something comes up and it doesn’t involve you paying them you can’t reach them. They have been off the radar full radio silence for two days re a refund.
Responded to where you just told me to respond and that lead to nothing. All I get are automated dead ends after paying you $2000 upfront. You are a terrible company who does not care about your customers. I have zero trust in this company and your response on here has been the first contact you have had with me. You should be ashamed of yourself. You told me I need an official letter from my dentist if I want to cancel my order and then you ghosted me again. Send me the order or cancel it. Stop with holding it and not responding.

Worst support I’ve ever experienced with any company. If you don’t want to talk to robots all day, and wait months for your aligners to arrive do not order from this company. Been over 3 months and still haven’t received my aligners. Now I’m more nervous that ever to even see if they work. They left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. Go somewhere else if you’re used to actual human providing service.

When I first started the process I was contacted multiple times to finish the process in a timely manner. But when I had questions I reached out multiples times and received no answer and to this day still have no received an answer. Now finally my retainers were shipped but they were shipped to the wrong person.

The process to get started was amazing and communication was fantastic but it went a little off track about 1 month into treatment. I have a visual disability and the app is not accessible with screen readers so I wasn’t able to track my progress. I requested tech support via phone/email regarding the app but was always told “sorry” and the issues were never resolved. It would also be helpful to correspond with the same clinical staff member instead of a different person each time. All that said, I am extremely pleased with my results and will be receiving my retainer’s soon. The only feedback would be to make sure everything is accessible to all no matter their ability.

I'm giving one star because the start up was simple and straightforward. Very friendly service. Multiple txt before I ordered and most questions answered. Mid way through treatment and aligners did fit proper. Never got my questions answered then. It was trial and error movingforwardon my own. I do not recommend them.
