Joel S. I requested to change a hotel booking. For some reason the hotel never received the request. Imogen emailed them directly and then after speaking to Joel he was able to sort it out so we got the dates we wanted.

I phoned to try to get a resolution to a problem that I encountered while making my original bookings for the Windsor Hotel in Melbourne. Mohamad Aziz was very helpful in answering my questions, then directing me to the Sales Department, where I received further excellent assistance from Sarah. Mohamad then phoned me some time later to make sure that my issue had been satisfactorily resolved. Great customer service.
