Always a great experience at Groom Room in Salford. I completely trust them with my rather nervous dog. I'm sure he's harder work than they ever let's on but he always looks and smells gorgeous afterwards.

Excellent. Very good with my dog (a long haired chihuahua). Made her feel at ease and she came out looking beautiful (a trim around her lady bits and bum as well as trimiming hair on her pads. She also had a nail trim which must have been a feat in itself as she hates her feet being touched. Will definitely return in a few months. Thank you

This was Nala’s first time at the groom room Salford as a 5 month old pup and the staff there were so welcoming and friendly!! Tyler was great with reassuring me and comforting me, she really took care of Nala with her groom, Nala looked and smelled amazing afterwards. Can’t thank Tyler enough for this, and Remi on the desk was amazing to! Both so friendly. We will definitely be returning! X

"Finn's first grooming experience"

It was my dogs first time at any groomers. He is quite nervy and can be loud on occasion. The groomer was lovely with Finn. She took him slowly and made sure he was comfy.

Finn had a lovely time he really enjoyed his facial and was a really good lad.

The groom itself was fine I have a problem with the price usually £49 for the size of dog but this time charged £55. Price didn’t relate to any of the advertised prices. Queried the price still waiting for a response

Only thing I would say is the cut has gone up by £9! Since the last one 6 months ago I may have to look elsewhere
