D-Energi have given us competitive renewable energy pricing for the last 2 years.
In recent times we have had many issues getting hold of invoices and correcting accounts after they have been billed incorrectly. They have taken large amounts of money via DD and been delayed in crediting this back to us. In the last few weeks we have made 10 phone calls to rectify 1 issue. Most operatives who answer the phone cannot rebill or retrieve documents.
The only person who has been very helpful has been Jacob, issued all documents requested and kept us constantly updated until our account has been rectified, great customer service.

Always been good service speaking with someone and the prices are good. We're a small business and have been with them 9 years now. Sorted another 2 year renewal this month with Hena, who was very helpful. Will use again.

Our first contract with D Energi ended last month after 5 years.
During those 5 years we didnt have any problems and our fixed rates were protected without any increase.
We were offered good rates at the end of the contract.Also communication with the account manager was very efficient. Therefore, we decided to stay with D Energi for another 3 years.

We have a third party relationship with D-Energi and can't recommend them highly enough. Always competitive pricing, react quickly to drops in the market and a direct point of contact to ensure any questions answered very quickly. Our account manger Faline always goes above and beyond, and is flexible around pricing structure, always doing what's need to ensure they are competitive for the customer. An honourable mention also to Kendall Marsden, the other half of the dynamic duo who always treats us like her own when Faline on leave.
