So we left a commercial property in June 2023 due to a lease expiry, gave them notice, filled in the end of tenancy information as required but they continued to bill us for 9 months. No-one replied to e-mails nor dealt with it until we forced the landlord to get involved. Really poor and this is the 2nd time it's happened at the end of a lease. They still send chasers etc and all in all it was just a very bad experience.
How are you able to sign a contract without any lease information but they require so much at the end of the contract?

Have been with D-energi for a few years and initially had no complaints. However, since June 2023 we should have had a smart meter installed which didn't happen and since then had nothing but issues. Customer Services can't even tell me what has happened and I have to keep chasing constantly for updates. Really not happy and going to the energy ombudsman now. Please avoid. Like others have mentioned Jacob Lucas is terrible at customer service

We have been with DEnergi for a number of years.
We have two electricity accounts with them.
With both accounts they say we have used more electricity than they thought we would use. This caused us to get a government fine.
When the first electric contract finished we had more than £30000 to pay in. We accepted this mistake.
Now the second electricity metre we are told after 2 years we need to pay in £19000 plus another government fine.
I would have thought a broker would look after us a bit better than that. We do send in Meter readings when asked.
We have complained and had no satisfaction we have been told mistakes have been made to our cost of £8000 but it is to late to fix it, we must accept this

We inherited this company from a tenant. I cant begin to explain the stress and inconvenience their incompetence have caused us. After many hours wasted time I eventually managed to get a final invoice from them when the building was sold. We paid it within days of receiving it.
However they have now resumed demands for thousands of pounds from us and claiming we are responsible for energy use for building we sold in December.
I work full time and have to deal with this companies emails when I get home. Im quite simply exhausted by them and its beginning to effect my mental health.

Never ever listen to D energy agent. They completely mislead you. This energy agent is very corrupt, full of cheaters. They cheat you. They ruined us by persuading us to take their tariff but sucked us.
