Hi Eureka Ergonomic Team,

Six months ago, I purchased the Typhon Hybrid Ergonomic Gaming Chair from your company, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I sat in it, I could feel the difference. The chair is incredibly comfortable, with a design that perfectly supports my back and promotes good posture. As someone who spends long hours at the desk, I used to suffer from constant back pain. However, since using the Typhon chair, my back issues have significantly improved. The adjustable features allow me to customize the chair to my exact needs, making it ideal for both work and gaming sessions.

What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service at Eureka Ergonomic. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I want to give a special shout-out to Erika, who was incredibly responsive and helpful. She provided detailed answers to all my questions and even offered personalized recommendations based on my needs. This is the third time I've recommended the Typhon chair to my friends and coworkers, and everyone in my office is buying one. My coworkers and even my boss love this chair! They were super impressed with how comfortable it is compared to their old chairs. Everyone who tried it out immediately wanted to get one for themselves. In fact, they love my chair so much that they keep stealing it from my desk when I'm not in the office! The consistent quality and comfort are why we keep coming back. It's not every day that a piece of office furniture gets this much love and attention!

"L-Shape Gaming Desk"

Customer service was fantastic! We had a slight issue with our installation because we were given the wrong size screws. Long story short...our glass tops cracked. Support worked with us for about a week and ended up replacing our glass tops.

"Excellent response to an issue I created."

I received a footstool within a day or two of my order. I thought I was following the instructions to assemble it but found it wasn't working. I reached out to tech support and learned that I had assembled it incorrectly and had damaged it in the process. They immediately sent me what I needed to make it work, and were gracious about it. Super service and I love the product.

"Great Customer Service"

Not only was the desk exactly what I was looking for, the customer service was amazing. I know things happen as I had two issues with the desk. I was able to reach customer service, provide evidence of the defective parts and the new parts were shipped out in less than 3 days. That assurance is worth gold when you are paying a lot of money for a product.

I couldn't make up my mind whether this piece (a bookshelf) was going to fit, so there was a lot of back-and-forth from me. I finally decided to keep it and the two boxes I needed got shipped back to me for free.

"I bought a gaming desk for my adult son…"

I bought a gaming desk for my adult son 2 years ago, my experience with the representative was at that time such that ... ***2 years later*** .... I remembered her name (Erika) and asked for her when I called ... As luck would have it, she answered the call. Again, she was able to answer all my questions. The only thing she declined was my request to put it in the trunk of her car and deliver it before X-Mas. We had a few laughs and it was a most enjoyable experience.

"Outstanding customer service...."

I have not yet received my item but wanted to share how impressed I am with their customer service.

Su has followed up with me many times about the shipment date of my order, an item I purchased months ago but could not take immediate delivery of. She has gone above and beyond what might be expected and I would not hesitate to deal with this company again in the future.

"Bad Experience (Updated to Good!)"

I placed an order multiple days ago for an expensive desk. Despite Eureka charging my credit card immediately, they never send me an order confirmation email. I called customer support to look into this, and she said they had no record of my order despite my providing all my biographic info -- and if they cannot find it to basically dispute it with my credit card company. What a headache. She had no interest in going the extra mile to resolve this issue for a first-time customer.

UPDATE: I called their customer service line again the next day after receiving no responses to my email(s). Thankfully, I got a different agent as I hoped! He was much more friendly, supportive, and eager to resolve my issue. We ended up finding out that there was an error with the email on file and he was able to send me my order confirmation/tracking. Hopefully, shipping won't take too long, but I was impressed with the helpfulness of the agent I spoke with today. Great job correcting the error and for owning up to the prior negative experience with the other agent. Much appreciated!
