The customer service is poor take forever to get through. There website is misleadig I wanted a curtain pole that was a single length of 2.4m (did not want a join) so I selected the correct pole length, and there was a an option to show pole specification, which I clicked on. It said pole length = 2.4m so I placed the order
When it arrived it was 2 x 1.2m lengths with a joiner. When I questioned this they said if I scrolled all the way down to the bottom of the page (the page was very long, especially on a phone) there was a chart stating that the pole was supplied in 2 parts. I got a refund on the pole but they refused to credit me the £14.95 collection fee. Will never use the again
