Terrible experience. I ordered poles for my 90 year old parents in late Jan. Delivery was 2-4 days. When I rang today I waited 20 minutes then the lady said there was a delay from their supplier. I said well why didn’t you let me know so I could order something else. I can’t have my parents without curtains in their new home.
No help whatsoever. Terrible experience. Shameful. Order SO2350914 in case anyone has courtesy to get in touch. I had sent several emails in past week as the “track delivery” didn’t work. No reply. How can you operate as a business in this way. Very disappointing.
