"I’m having an awful experience dealing…"
I’m having an awful experience dealing with this company. I ordered a Kettler garden set but when it was delivered the delivery man apologised for how long it took to get off the truck and to my door and explained it should have been down as a 2 man delivery and it was really poorly packed into the pallet. Lo and behold when opening the set, one leg was almost completely snapped. I messaged Dawsons who arranged for kettler to call me and arrange collection and delivery of a new corner unit. The day came and no one showed up. Checked online and it had been cancelled. I emailed Dawsons and they claimed someone tried to contact me and I should contact kettler directly to rearrange. That was garbage. No one tried to contact me and Dawsons are repeatedly ignoring any of my emails. I now am paying for a garden set that I can’t use as the corner unit has been on my driveway since the original collection date. Awful awful customer service. Do not recommend using them.

"Kettler Elba Garden Dining Set!"
Online purchase of Kettler Garden furniture through Dawsons. Great service and unbelievably quick delivery. Used the finance option so thought I'd be waiting 7-14 days but no, it all arrived 2 days after my online purchase. Amazing!!! Was a lovely surprise to see the cushions included. Couldn't be happier. It's exactly what we were looking for. Thank you

Bought a BBQ and accessories from BBQ World, via Dawson's Department Store on Saturday and received my goods today. I was kept regularly updated on progress of my order. I needed to make contact with a query at the Service Agent on the call was exceptionally helpful. Product and service first class, would highly recommend.

"Great Service"
We have just bought a Hartman patio set from the Dawson garden centr We contacted the on line department and they price matched. We received a confirmation email and it was delivered the following week. We also received email updates advising dispatch and the delivery day. When it arrived one of the studs in the table leg was faulty. Contacted customer service who dealt with it immediately and even the Hartman customer service dealt with it promptly. We’ve received the new leg and can only sat a big thanks to both Dawson and Hartman.

I recently purchased a BBQ from BBQworld.co.uk, Purchasing was easy and delivery was faultless and quick, unfortunately a part was damaged on arrival, I wouldn't think the part was damaged in transit based on packaging but at point of manufacture.
BBQworlds customer care was perfect, a single phone call and a couple of emails of pictures etc and a new one was on the way, I kept the old part so I could BBQ in the mean time, I would highly recommend and can't imagine going anywhere else for BBQ supplies in the future

"Top marks Dawson's …"
I would rate Dawson's up there as one of the top companies to deal with, my kettler garden furniture was delivered and the only thing wrong with it was a scratch on the top of a chair so emailed them with photos and a new one was sent straight out and the other collected the same day. So nice to get efficient and friendly service, top marks.

"Dreadful"
Dreadful. Purchased a Barbecue but it arrived faulty. A month later and I am still waiting for it to be replaced. They couldn’t care less. This will end up as card dispute but it would have been nice if the store had given a damn. There is no phone number and the response time on messages is 5 days. Buy elsewhere, spend the £5 extra and buy from a reputable store.
[Amendment - on the site dawsonsdepartmentstore there is No phone number but you are right if I clicked onto the BBQ section the number is there. However I asked for an update days ago and yet one post to social media and you respond in hours. Just shows how bad this is]
