I ordered garden furniture at the beginning of April because they claimedit was in stock. I have chased and been told they expect it in before the end of April. Its now the 6th May and i still haven't heard from them.
I only ordered because they claimed they had three of my items in stock.

Searching for new garden furniture on line and found Dawsons for the first time. Excellent prices, in stock and good delivery times so went ahead and ordered. Excellent communication and delivered very promptly. One minor niggle with a missing item but Customer service was excellent (emails answered within hours not the usual days for other companies) and missing item delivered with 48 hours! Other customer service departments should learn from this. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you

"BUYER BE AWARE …"
I had previously bought from Dawsons and love their goods and their service was of a high standard.
However, on this occasion I ordered a flat sheet and received a delivery date. The date was significant as the sheet was to be a gift for my son. Needless to say, the item did not arrived as was originally stated by the courier and I was unable to give the gift as planned. I contacted Dawsons and was met with a 5-7 day quote re delivery and no goodwill gesture such as the cost of postage that I incurred forwarding to my son. If the delivery had taken place as originally stated I would not be writing this review. So, BUYER BE AWARE that Dawsons seem to be more than comfortable using the following:
“As previously stated we are unable to offer any form of a goodwill gesture as your order was delivered within the 5-7 working days stated in our delivery terms.”
Sad but true over a postal fee!

I ordered one LeCreuset pasta bowl and one cereal bowl. Excellent price, swift delivery. Loads of packaging material in an enormous box so no danger of breakage. But I suspect that they are copies as there is no name stamped into the pottery. I have the same items purchased from the factory outlet at Bicester Village. The weight and thickness is less in the items just received and the name is printed in the base and the country of origin given as Thailand. So a knockoff as genuine LeCreuset is proudly and loudly French. But I will keep these but anyone wishing to replace original LeCreuset BEWARE!

I ordered garden furniture on 23rd march and now 14th April still not been given any delivery dates - that is three weeks without hearing anything from them and only ordered from them because their site said items were in stock

Excellent service. Garden furniture arrived sooner than anticipated in perfect condition and I was kept informed throughout the process. A really good price too!

"Poor delivery and Missing Items"
Poor delivery, items left on the kerb, when I queried this they advised this is the service offered and it’s clearly stated online. It wasnt clear to me, be aware and consider if the item you are looking for is a available elsewhere. I ordered expensive heavy items, not ideal having them left on the roadside! Items were also poorly packaged, and the two footstools which were advertised as being included are missing. I do not expect an easy time in getting these sent to me based on my previous experience with this company. Equally, any return is done at my cost, so I’m left somewhat trapped!

"Very helpful customer service team"
Bought an outdoor table set. Chairs were poorly packaged and arrived damaged. Arranged for replacement chairs which didn’t arrive initially but were replaced second time round. Customer service team have followed up promptly and sorted the issues.
