The bed arrived on time, was very easy to assemble, and although we have not had a chance to test it thoroughly it looks and feels good.

I was a bit surprised that the delivery team had to drive to Edinburgh on Friday evening to a hotel, and then drive all the way back to Highland the next day. A double journey on the A9 is not nice, especially as they had driven from Birmingham to Highland already.

"Long wait"

The quality of the bed is ok but we had lots of problems with the delivery and customer service - it took ages for the order to be ready as they had to make it in the factory first and it wasn't delivered within the promised timeframe even allowing for that. We had friends coming to stay so it was a big worry and I had to ring many times before it was finally delivered.
