"Was delivered out of the time stated"

Was delivered out of the time stated. The courier stated delivery friday, i waited in until 830 that evening, never turned up. Was going to be delivered after 1pm next day, was delivered at 920am. No one to contact at courier for help.
No hooks to hang shelf on the wall with. Not stated when purchased. 😔😔

Bought bedroom furniture. Which was good quality, but one parcel for the wardrobe was the wrong colour. Got a quick response for the exchange of the wrong box & an email to say dpd were going to deliver the right box on Friday. As of yet ( sat night ) the box has not been delivered.

The communication was sadly really poor which was the main disappointment, I could never get hold of anyone and emails went unresponded to. The delivery came outside of the estimated window meaning that I didn’t have the item (guest bed) in time for its intended purpose. The bed seems okay generally, not particularly high quality and there are staples sticking out of it which I caught my hand on setting it up.
