"PLEASE STAY AWAY"

PLEASE STAY AWAY. Rogue company I think. The customer service is none existent, they do not reply, the quality of product is the worst I've ever seen and can't be used for the purpose. I've had to go to my bank to see if I can get my £360 back as this company do not reply. I had 1 message saying we'd used power tools to build it and therefore won't refund!! Never used a power tool to build a drawer set! It's laughable that they can assume something and then use that as an excuse not to refund. My bank have the communication trail now but I'm definitely going further to trading standards as wouldn't want anybody else ripped off and ignored like we have been. It's a lot of money for our family and I've got 2 boxes set in the garage completely useless.
**edit** As I explained to you, the wood is too thin, the brackets weren't even tight, they were still lose so the drawers couldn't of been put inside. The item isn't fit for purpose. You ignored my reply to your email and never came back to me. The worst customer service I've experienced. You can still reply to my email with a collection detail and refund but otherwise, I am just waiting on the bank claiming my money back. I am going to trading standards as you are selling a product unfit for its purpose and refusing refunds. Also, you are assuming something from a photo, this is not an acceptable response, you haven't even asked to see how lose the screws are from the inside. You need more training in the laws and regulations of business along with customer service.

Horrible experience with this company. I've ordered a desk on 28/11/22 but they delivered only half of the package, the other half was lost with carrier and no one can give me an answer to where it is precisely and when I will receive it - nor have I been allowed to return the half of a table I have here to receive a refund. I already asked for a refund several times but I have been completely ignored. I've been struggling to have any kind of update about my order ever since. Avoid this company at all costs, they are nothing but a bunch of scammers.

Initial pre-sales service and delivery excellent but mattresses and bed are not up to specification (mattress sizing and mismatch of heights of the beds which should make one double guest or two singles)…long wait for a response to emails to the company about poor product quality

The unit is just what I wanted and was easy to put together. Delivery was on time and arrived as expected.
There was a small chip on one of the doors, otherwise I’d have given it five stars.
