"The unit arrived but it stinks like bad…"

The unit arrived but it stinks like bad chemicals and has done for weeks! My whole of my top floor smells awful and I’m pretty sure that is not good to breath in so I’ve had all the windows open. The wood of top can not have ANY moisture on it it goes blue so now I have stains on it and also the actual unit if you touch it and you have hand cream on it stains immediately. It’s basically looks like a mess already wish I hadn’t brought it and just spent some more money getting a better quality unit. I would like to add photos but it won’t allow me.

Awful company . I’m stuck with a product that i don’t want as they charge £50 for the return courier . My table was £90.

Before ordering I phoned the company for details , they were very helpful and it all happened within the timescale I was told . The delivery was excellent with the driver phoning before he arrived . He was very helpful and waited while I unboxed the Headboard . Was very pleased with the quality of the headboard and can recommend Bed kings .

I have ordered a bed on the 24th November 2022 which has never been delivered to me. They are not responding to emails or chat. I am wondering if they are scammers and whether I should report them.
