"Excellent service and communication"

Excellent service, communication and delivery.
The bed hasn’t been slept on as yet, it’s sturdy and well made but a little higher than I was expecting.
Only criticism is the bed should be on casters. Instead it has to be lifted to be moved. Mattresses were also softer than I would have liked.
Cannot fault the delivery men, who were extremely helpful.

Good product for a very good price. Easy to assemble. Took a couple of weeks to arrive but good communication from bedkings throughout. Delivery men were very friendly and helpful.

"Dreadful customer service and all very disappointing."

Very disappointing! Ordered in Sept and eventually received in Dec. I could cope with delays if I had been kept informed properly. Emails went unanswered and phone calls not returned. Poor experience once it was left with the distributor too. Apparently parts went missing. On the day of delivery the van broke down and I had to get a neighbours van to collect it. I appreciate this was out of their control but the additional installation charge has not been refunded although I clearly did not receive this and have written and asked.
Good customer service sadly was missing throughout the whole process.
The bed itself is alright but not of the standard I would expect for the price paid. Poorly finished with sharp staples loose in the trundle which potentially could damage the mattress over time. I will not be buying from this company again.

I bought a ottoman bed and wardrobe separately. Both were delivered with care and in the time scale promised. Paid extra for assembly and can can recommend it for the DIY challenged - well worth the extra, both items assembled and all packaging removed. There was a slight flaw on the wardrobe but a replacement piece was fitted withing a week. Totally professional and friendly service throughout. Highly recommended.

Communication was terrible said something would be delivered next week then didn’t then said it would arrive on Monday but came Tuesday. Items boxes looks not damaged but once opened wardrobe scratches in multiple places

Delivery men dumped the bed in the hall. Said extra for "room of choice". Where do beds normally go? I usually put mine upstairs. Had to pay extra in cash. It felt like a scam. There's no way I could have got it upstairs myself so I had no choice
