I received an email telling me the delivery date & then on the day,nobody turned up,I had to chase up the company re:delivery and was informed it would be delivered in a further 3 weeks time,no apology nothing.
On delivery day,the delivery guys were also making the furniture up,which I paid extra for.The delivery guys were friendly enough but pointed out that there was a small mark on the drawer,which I would receive a call about from Bedkings but this never happened.
Also a few days after the delivery/installation one of the wardrobe door handles has come loose,because the screw has been cross threaded in the handle itself.
Al in all I wouldn’t order from this company again.

"Unreliable from start to finish"
Good products but unreliable service.
Sadly, we had difficulty with Bed Kings from start to finish. We ordered in advance and asked to hold the date until after our moving in date. However they tried to deliver before moving in, despite an email and phone conversation to hold.
Then when they did deliver (2 weeks after move in - as that was the next available date) we were missing one of our products.
We then had the product delivered by courier, but they were missing one of the boxes for our bed. We had to wait a further few days for the final box to arrive.
We have been given no compensation for this.
Thankfully the products are good quality, however definitely not worth all the hassle. I’d recommend to find the products elsewhere.

"Adequate but expensive for what it is"
The bed is fine but I think it was very expensive for a fairly basic bed. In particular I paid £60 for gliders. These are very thin pieces of plastic (with a flat base and which don't glide at all) and look extremely cheap.

Delayed delivery 2months. Delivered 2 poor quality flimsy mattresses (although I requested 1000 pocket springs) for trundle bed.
Did not respond to my 4 emails requesting refund.
Denied me refund for poor quality workmanship.
Bed kinds are not as good as they say they are.
