"Good Service"

Ordered a lift-up coffee table, my first time ordering from BK. The item was flat packed and needed assembly. Instructions clear, precise, easy to understand, wood was individually labelled too which was very beneficial when matching up.

Delivery was quick. Overall great service and I love the table for what it cost as it was affordable.

"Safe your money"

Please, please, please safe you money for products that a worth the money to pay. This company is selling cheap products at extortionate price. They rely on the fact that is online and as a customer you cannot see the item before purchasing. They use elaborate language for a basic items to lure people into puri. Once item delivered, all your rights as a consumer will be dismissed and disregarded. They do not care once they have got their money. However if the bank refunds you based on investigation. The company owner takes you to court and demands more money. I bought a bed in October and currently still no resolution. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
This is NOT a Fake review as the company claims.

"Trundle Bed"

Initially, there was a mix-up with the delivery date which was soon sorted out and another date rearranged. Everything with the delivery went very well and the delivery men were excellent. The trundle bed is comfortable and relatively easy to both assemble and disassemble although it would have been better to have "handles" on the mattress underneath for easier handling when pulling it out etc. All in all, would recommend your company.

Very good service, was kept informed on order status, delivery team were super friendly and turned up in liveried van and uniform.
The furniture looks really lovely in my little boys room, I am waiting for a replacement handle for the wardrobe as the screw won't catch, I contacted them and recieved a response quickly, they requested the replacement no questions asked. I would shop here again and probably will be soon.

A little longer than expected for delivery but then once scheduled, they brought the bed on time and built it efficiently with great end results.

Damage to furniture. Guys didn’t erect wardrobe even though I had paid you extra for the service!! I emailed for a refund as I was told I would get one and have not had one!!! I have not had replacement furniture for the damaged which was reported on delivery!!!
