Absolutely terrible. Do not use. I have been sent a number of parts that have scratches on. I have emailed several times to get replacement parts and noboby has been bothered to get back to me. Still waiting a week and a half later for a response. Appalling service. Will never use again!

Delivery was estimated at 1-3 weeks. Delivery offered after 4 weeks with short notice. I cancelled something for that day to accommodate and then they cancelled on the day! Next day it arrived. I had paid £175 for it to be assembled. The two people did not seem to know what they were doing and after 2 hours had only put a couple of pieces together. They then said there was not enough room even though I had offered them a large room to work in and offered to move stuff at the very start. At no point was I told they required a completely empty room to work in which seems quite ridiculous. Now still don't have a date for them to come and assemble it after phoning them 3 times.

Delivery arrived about 2 days after ordering. The delivery driver was very friendly and even put the heavy box in the house for me when he didn’t have to. I’ve built the product and it looks fab and great quality too. Great service
