"After 49 years with this institution"

After 49 years with this institution, when it was Trane Credit Union, I have begun to lose confidence. The resent "event", which amounted to hacking, has upset me. I'm so upset with this institution for spending $$ on rock concerts, golf outings, etc. all in the name of marketing, when they can't even pay employees enough to staff some of their offices in La Crosse, WI. Tough luck if you need any services on a Saturday. But this last instance, with everyone needing to change their passwords, takes the cake. Spend the $$ on cybersecurity and attracting good employees.

"I’ve been with Altra for over 30 years"

I’ve been with Altra for over 30 years. They were called another CU when I started. We have had a few different loans through them and they’ve always been great to work with. My kids both have accounts now too with them. I don’t ever foresee changing. Never had any issues.

"Great Customer Service where did it go?????"

I came into the credit union today to get a cashier check. I walked in stopped at the sign that says wait someone will call you, right at the first desk. There were three young clerks one male/two females have a great laughing conversation. Ladies behind the desk young man on the outside, he turned and looked at me and I thought he was a customer. Lady number 1 was laughing looked at me and moved behind the desk so I could not see at face just her body. They carried on their conversations for about 5 more minutes. Why!!!! If all of them are employees on duty, why did they wait on their personal conversation before waiting on me. I taught customer services for years. When customer walk into your establishment you are to speak and help them immediately with great customer services. I didn't feel that today. We lose customer when we do not provide great custom services. That is one of the reasons I left Austin Bank terrible customer services.

The online banking is impossible. I have tried to set up my account so that I dont have to pay the $10 every month. I finally just gave up.

"Unable to access my account"

Unable to access my account. followed instructions but it did not work.
Altra's system is not user friendly, I struggle to sign on every time I want to review the status of my account. Instructions give on line don't seem to work. Never had such bad experience with other providers.

Im a new member and was having some issues, after trying via chat, Alex was kind enough to call me and actually walk me through the whole thing. Alex is awesome and A#1... So I hope he gets some kudos from Altra for not only doing his job but going above and beyond what he really had to do.. It was such a pleasure!!!!
