I was helped with a billing update/ issue with Jeri Lee Weigel​​​​. She was a GEM to work with. Provided me with options to get me setup and saved me additional charges to ensure I wouldn’t miss a payment. Folks like Jeri should always be highlighted, someone who takes care of the task at hand with a great warm welcoming attitude!

"Competitive rates"

Competitive rates and anytime I have called (1800 or the local banks, either one) for help, I have always gotten it. Decent support, the only gripe I have is that my closest bank location never keeps its people long. I have stopped even TRYING to memorize the names of the latest staff, lol
Love what they do for community outreach, I would like to see more businesses helping the local area.

"Standard banking but archaic mobile app"

In terms of banking it’s fairly standard as other banks. My issue is their app. If you go to their reviews on apple, you will see what I mean.

Constant connection errors, sometimes multiple times a day. Issues with the app not allowing logging in or being logged out.

Along with the app failing to meet the most basic of modern day banking app necessities. No mobile alerts for authorized or unauthorized purchases, no alerts for deposits or withdrawals and no virtual card option. These issues remain unchanged even though they’ve been occurring for more than 2 years.

Acknowledgment then ignorance is how these matters have been handled as reviews continue to come to be posted monthly on the apple App Store. It’s become apparent that they will continue negligent behavior as that is the pattern they’ve chosen to display. Ask yourself as a company why you continue to fail at meeting the expectations of your customers and why you continue to do nothing about it.

These issues should not be treated as inconveniences from your customers, but rather as an opportunity to demonstrate your ability to separate yourselves from other banks by resolving them and show you care about the people who keep the lights on in your offices.

"Upon entering Altra FCU in clarksville…"

Upon entering Altra FCU in clarksville I was greeted by all the personnel. I opened an account for myself and 2 education accounts for my grandchildren. The ease and simplicity of doing so in the office made me feel confident about choosing Altra for local banking. Later that year I up graded one child's account and opened a savings and checking for my grandson who needed a bank in town. Altra has been most helpful and provide the tools I need to get my banking needs done. Thanks to the staff at Clarksville branch.

"I had the worst experience with a…"

I had the worst experience with a teller. Spoke to someone at another branch office. Was told i was going to receive a call back. Never received one. i called back was put through to someone. Received a call back and she tells me”that’s on me”, with regards to not reaching out or being diligent. Explained how i was made to feel devalued, said that was terrible , -again,”that’s on me”, and continues to devalue me. The called was made at 6 pm as i was cooking dinner and rather than attempt to make the customer feel heard, proceeds to argue. it’s like she called to upset me more and did not care to think of her words and their impact. horrible.
