Website is circa 1997. Very little can be accomplished online. I have auto pay for a loan. The loan is paid off and there is no way to stop the auto pay. Making a payment from an outside account is nearly impossible. You cannot see statements, scheduled payments or any other information.

"There is always something going on with…mobile banking"
There is always something going on with mobile or website. You can never reach anyone. I tried to deposit my check with mobile banking like i always do on friday (i'm quite certain im not the only one) and your app is not working correctly. But could you offer customer service after hours or weekends? no of course not, dont you thing you charge us enough fees to be able to employee people to answer phone on the weekend. Specially when y'all always have something going on that is an inconvenience to you customer. But then again, you have proven time and time again you dont care about your customer unless they are big money and are making you money. Corporate greed at its finest.

Renee was such a joy to work with. She walked us through the process of opening up a new account and applying for credit. She took the time to explain the APR and benefits of the many options the credit union has to offer. We even noticed how they knew customers by name, not like the other banks where your not welcomed.

They have a terrible customer service. I tried to contact Russell and Carina several times and it was unsuccessful. Russell called one time and left a message. I called him three times and got no returned calls. I've contacted Carina, Loan Officer. She called twice and then she stopped afterward. I am so frustrated. I am not happy at all.

I have had multiple issues on various occasions, logging in online. Past experiences have been frustrating to try to address the issues via Live Chat. Today was a completely different story! Dova was respectful, patient, kind and knowledge helping to navigate the problem. She even personally called me to assist. Dova also helped answer further questions I had. Glenda Donley was so very helpful. I received a fraud alert on my phone and immediately called Altra. They quickly responded and shut down my account for safety. I can only imagine what would have happened if Altra had not caught it!
