Doorway to Value has been our go to place for furniture for a long time now. Always excellent service. Our recent visit to buy a mattress was no exception. Ian in the bed department was very helpful, gave us some really good advice and a good deal. Since we placed the order we have been kept up to date with delivery. Highly recommended.

Recently visited Doorway to Value when looking for a new sofa. Lots of choice, no pressure from staff but plenty of help when needed. Steve Corns dealt with our questions and subsequent order, he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. Recommend!

Brilliant sales team. Jason Breeze is was brilliant in helping us decide on a dining table and chairs. He spent time with us goi g over options and even showing us how to oil the table. It arrived much quicker than expected and looks perfect. Really quality furniture.

"Visited Doorway to Value last week for…"

Visited Doorway to Value last week for our first look at suites, left to browse without any pressure, enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee. Great service from Steve Corns who kindly ordered some fabric samples for us. Returned today to order our suite, again great service from Steve who was so helpful and professional.

"It all started with an Advert "

We have been looking for a dining set for the past few months and after seeing an TV advert for Doorway to value we thought we would give them a visit. All the staff were very welcoming. Steven Corns drew the short straw and got stuck with the most laid back indecisive customers. I felt there was no pressure to pick a dining set, which created a relaxed shopping experience.
I had found the table I wanted but I was not keen on the chairs displayed with them. After discussing with Steven what I would like he set about his mission of scouring the store for the perfect chairs to match the table and also to have an option of matching bar stools.
Mission accomplished - Steven had a bit of a workout with carrying chairs upstairs to the table and he also was late for his lunch as we had taken a bit of time to decide.
Thank you Steven for all your help and the vases look great too.

"Perfect Sofa"

After a long search we eventually found the perfect sofa (both in size & comfort) here, Jason was a huge help with the sizes & prices and was very patient while I looked through the vast choice of fabrics available. He never once made me feel rushed into making a decision, thank you.

"Great Experience "

Tried doorway to value for the first time today And we don’t regret it. We were looking for a suite and there was lots of styles, colours and materials and The staff member who helped us was Kelly Langton. She was knowledgeable, patient & had some great advice for us and at no time did we feel pressured?
We will definitely be back when it’s time for a new carpet and a new bed.
