"Always a great buying expereince at Doorway…"

We have bought furniture from Doorway to Value for 25 years and every purchase has been faultless. I don't like a hard sell and the sales people have the balance right. Our most recent visit was for a bed which was delivered today. Karolina Wylezek had good knowledge and was friendly too. The people who delivered it provided an excellent service too.

As a previous customers of Doorway to Value, it was an obvious starting point
Initially, Steven Corns was helpful but not over-enthusiastic (well were a little scruffy) but once he realized we were genuine customers nothing was too much trouble for him. He guided us through several options, moving chairs from different sections to ensure the chairs we were contemplating matched the table of our choice. Purchase made.
On arriving home, playing on the computer I discovered the chairs offered at a much reduced price. A phone call to Steven, Doorway to Value’s price match was honoured within minutes

Following recommendation from 2 different friends, we visited Doorway to Value on Tuesday. It was so good not to have any pushy salespeople but to be allowed to browse at our leisure. We were looking for a particular suite and, when we did ask, we were taken directly to where it was. From there we received the very personal and professional help from Kelly Langton. She spent time answering all our questions and going through all options. It was an amazing shopping experience and we would highly recommend the store.
