I visited doorway to value twice whilst deciding my choice of couch. Both times I spoke to Matt Bennett, he was great in helping me measure and decide between 2 colours. Really friendly and not pushy. Gorgeous store and lovely welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend.

Ian Ryan was extremely well informed and helped to select the correct mattress to suit our needs. He was attentive, but also gave us the space and time to consider our choice without exerting any pressure. We have many items of furniture over the years from Doorway to Value and will continue to do so.

We visited the store to look at purchasing a new dining table and chairs. Asked for advice on a particular dining set we liked , Jason Breeze happened to be the sales person who assisted us, he explained the product really well and when we decided to purchase the dining set he went through the sales process making sure we were happy with everything. After a review of mattresses in other stores we ended up in Doorway to Value. I don't know now why we bothered looking at other places. Super service from Katarina, knowledgable and friendly without making me feel at all hassled (and I usually get this feeling quite quickly when shopping!). We compared prices with other stores online and DTV were not bettered anywhere. New Hypnos Pillowtop Ultimate mattress purchased. We have purchased a few items of furniture from DTV and everytime we have been impressed with the service.

"1st class service"

We went to Doorway to Value to have a look for a bed and while there the lady in charge Karolina came over and said if we needed any help just ask, we were under no pressure at all. When we did ask for help, she showed us all the various beds that would be suitable and all the possible options of bases and headboards. Came away after ordering very happy after having a very pleasant experience, something very rare these days in big stores. Certainly, worth visiting and bearing in mind they do price match
