The shop is fabulous and the displays are wonderful.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was not bombarded by sales staff asking every 10 minutes asking what I was looking for. When I entered Doorway To Value I was greeted with a smile and allowed to look around the store comfortably without interruption. I spoke to Ian Ryan who helped me with the product I eventually purchased. The whole process with Ian was made easy and stress free. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would like to thank Ian for his help and professionalism.

What a great experience at Doorway to Value and excellent choice of product. Choosing a new mattress is not easy, but was made so much easier by Ian Ryan who had so much knowledge about them and was able to explain about the ones I was interested in. Ian took me through all the information regards caring and cleaning of the mattress and his professionalism was excellent. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Ian again and would certainly recommend him.

Went back to my go to furniture store Doorway to Value. I wanted to add a piece of furniture that matched items previously bought there. Peter Williams went through the last order details to ensure that the colour match was correct and handled the order process in a friendly and professional manner. Was pleasantly surprised to find the cost was nearly the same as last time.

"Great Customer Service from ALL staff"

We went to Chorley Doorway to Value immediately after we had visited friends and loved their sofa. We were greeted warmly by ''Austin's Dad" (sorry forgotten his name), and eventually served by David Johnston. David was well-informed and helpful, pleasant and above all, patient with us as we tried out various sofas and then returned the next day to confirm our decision. Both days we were offered hot drinks, and allowed to relax on our own without being hassled. It will be a long wait for our sofas, (we bought 2!) which gives us time to decorate the lounge in our new home.

We've just bought a sofa set at Doorway to Value and the customer service was excellent. They had hundreds of sofas to choose from but it was the quality of the sofa, sale price and customer service that stood out. Salesman Peter Williams, went the extra mile with product information and ringing us back with accurate measurements.
