We have bought before from Doorway to Value so as we wanted a new suite we had no hesitation to go back. The staff are friendly but not pushy and allow you time to browse but are on hand and knowledgable if you need them. Our salesman, Peter Williams, was very helpful and made the experience a pleasure.

They were respectful of my home when transporting the bed upstairs. They demonstrated the ottoman bed and overall were friendly and helpful.

He did not badger me but was there in the background ready to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this shop to anyone who has not been there before. I visited the store a couple of times recently looking to buy a new suite and some extra furniture due to a house move. Both times i was helped by Matthew Bennett who I found excellent. He was very knowledgeable, helpfull but not too pushy. The store itself is beautifull with lots of good quality furniture. I would definitely recommend a visit
