Staff in the Chandlers Ford shop were patient and helpful. I ordered online following my visit and it would appear Chandlers Ford handled the order.
Delivery was on a pallet and as this could be put in my garage there was no man-handling during the delivery.
The shop has a wide selection of tiles, many of which were displayed on large boards so you could get a good idea of what the colours, textures etc. were before you decide what you need. To confirm the colours in my own room I ordered a couple of free samples which were delivered in a couple of days.

Good service. Staff friendly & helpful.
One minor niggle is that most of the tiles have a couple of bands of a very light & fine thread-like material on them which needs to be scraped off, which is a bit of a chore.
