"They delivered broken tiles"

They delivered broken tiles. This was spotted be the driver when unloading. He literally handed us two full boxes of broken tiles. He refused to take them back! Some of the tiles are also very scratched. Contacted store. No reply.

Collection was okay but 5 out of 20 tiles were broken and others filthy dirty in need of a good wash prior to fitting. Luckily I only needed 14 tiles to complete my project which was good news.
As I live 20 miles away from Yeovil a return collection was out of question based on the total value of the items. No offer made on site to credit the obviously broken tiles. Poor customer service and lacked any kind of care offered only give me a call we have lots in stock but not in Yeovil.
