"Very impressed with customer service "

Our first time using Tileflair and we are very impressed with the customer service. 3 tiles were damaged on inspection (the afternoon of delivery) and having sent photos across replacements were quickly on their way. The delivery company weren't able to make the scheduled delivery of the replacements but Ben Chadd in Tileflair e-commerce was on top of it, chased them up and kept us advised every step of the way. Will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered La Boca green for my bathroom walls and it looks fantastic. The tiles are really good quality and I was really grateful for the grout recommendations i received which really finished off the look perfectly. I wish now i had also tiled the floor because the service and quality from Tileflair overall was excellent.
