I have ordered multiple items from Ross SImons, necklaces, rings, and bracelets.
Overall, I am happy with the products and customer service experiences.
I ordered a birthstone ring that lost a stone pretty quickly, and as soon as I reported it, the company offered a replacement, which was quickly sent. The only frustration is that the site does not always show recent orders in your account history which is a little baffling. Overall, good company.

I absolutely love my bracelet. Beautiful workmanship and so elegant. It fits perfectly on my wrist but I wish they came in half size. But it doesn’t slide on my wrist as is. Got my heart set on another piece!!!

I ordered the ring in a size 8 to fit my middle finger so I could wear it with another ring. It only fits my ring finger, so I can’t wear it as planned.

Item was not at all as pictured. Expected varied, vibrant colors but received something dull and brown with something blue in the middle that looked like it should have been removed but couldn't be. Worst product I have ever received from R&S
