"Better than expected"

I purchased the Eurotech freezer online and site unseen because of a great deal on it. Then I looked up the reviews. The reviews for Eurotech were pitiful, so far I've had no issues; same with my Parmco products. I also read bad reviews about TD's deliveries. I had uncertainty because I read the reviews. Delivery was three days after purchase, communicated clearly even if the 'the driver nearby text was after delivery' and the product was undamaged. What stops a five star is the state of the stock in the back of the truck when the driver opened the door. Nothing was strapped down and inside it looks like the fallen pillars of an ancient desert temple. I hope the other stock wasn't damaged from falling over.

Ordered lamps 16th October, stated high stock . Didn't hear when they'll be delivered. So made contact, you'll get a Email. Then no stock in Auckland, rung following week then I cancelled order after being told 5th Dec new stock.
Made another order solar lights quick delivery . Ordered 2nd lot, 3 weeks later nothing 🙃 I'll email Tuesday 19th Nov to see where they are . Useless
