Our 2 month old dryer stopped spinning on 15th October 2 technician visits and 2 parts later and we are still waiting for them to sort right part. Today is November 5th communication is very poor and it has been up to me to follow up on progress. Will not use this company again.

2nd order that has taken almost a month to arrive! It really shouldn't be that hard to get an order delivered within a timely manner as per their site says. Thankfully I have been emailing someone to chase it up. Definitely putting me off ever ordering with them again.
