Lovely customer service in Hamilton depot. The lady was Helpful and happy and enjoyed her job. I was on crutches and she made me feel very comfortable and got me a seat while we were shopping.

I read a lot of negative reviews about the company but decided to take a chance and ordered a refrigerator anyway. When placing the order, I left a note for the delivery team to call me a couple of hours before arriving, and they did.

I purchased it on October 31, and the delivery was scheduled for and completed on November 2, which is incredibly fast. Everything went smoothly, so maybe they’ve improved and are doing things better now?

The refrigerator also turned out to be excellent and works well so far.
