"Where is my fridge??"

I am in Wellington and ordered a fridge 8 days ago from Trade Depot online. Got an email saying goods have been dispatched and given a tracking number but still just says it was been picked up in Hamilton 8 days ago. Not in transit and no scheduled delivery. Got sent a survey to ask about my experience but didn't fill it in cause I don't have my goods yet, now survey has expired so leaving feedback here instead. Hopefully it will turn up eventually. Had an update and is apparently going to be delivered on 22nd November. Was at local depot on 10th November so not sure how it then takes another 12 days to be delivered. Would definitely not be keen to order anything from them again.
And fridge now delivered today 13th November with no call to say it was being delivered even though this was requested. Was just lucky I was at home sick.
