Im sorry to say that I seem to be the only one who hasn't had such a good experience with Ice Comms.when trying to get information from my account handler about contract expiry dates etc it seems I am in a never ending contract with them. a 3 years contract, with an 18 Month "review" ( or in other words well tie you in for another 3 years) doesn't offer any flexibility only a threat that we will increase our charges if you don't re sign.....its hard to get out of a contract ( despite me being with them for over 5 years) without severe penalties for leaving !

We had a small issue where the line was out of service, but we called up and were helped by SUMMER; she guided me through step-by-step how to reconnect my line, and we resolved the issue within a matter of minutes.
